  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (if available).

Please note that these are estimated times and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs or courier delays.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen.
  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount (details provided on our website).

 

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 

5. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to pan India [ expect:-  Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur, Bihar, Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir].
  • For areas outside our shipping zones, please contact us at bratcartel@gmail.com to discuss delivery options.

 

6. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information, additional charges may apply for reshipment.

 

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • For damaged packages, kindly include photos of the packaging and product for a quicker resolution.
